    Product Description

    Oil-immersed test transformer (hereinafter referred to as test transformer), also known as booster, is a basic test equipment for power stations, power supply and distribution systems, scientific research institutions and other users. It is used to conduct insulation strength tests on various electrical products, electrical equipment, insulation materials, etc. at specified voltages, to assess the insulation level of products, find insulation defects of the tested products, and measure the ability to withstand overvoltage.

    AC test transformers and AC/DC dual-purpose light high-voltage test transformers are made of high-quality cold-rolled silicon steel sheets. The coils are concentric pagoda-shaped multi-layer cylindrical, with low-voltage coils inside and high-voltage coils outside; the outer shell is portable, with the advantages of small size, light weight, beautiful appearance, and easy movement.

    XHYB Power Frequency High Voltage Test Device

    Use the industrial frequency 220V (380V for 10KVA and above) power supply to connect to the control box (set) (it is a supporting equipment for the test transformer, please refer to the instruction manual of the control box (set) for detailed information), and adjust the 0-220V/380V voltage through the auto-voltage regulator to input it into the primary winding of the test transformer. According to the principle of electromagnetic induction, the secondary (high voltage) winding obtains the same multiple of the voltage amplitude according to the ratio of its number of turns to the primary winding - industrial frequency high voltage. This industrial frequency high voltage can be rectified by high-voltage silicon stack and filtered by capacitors to obtain DC high voltage, where the amplitude is the square root of 2 times the effective value of the industrial frequency high voltage.

    This series of products is divided into three categories: AC type, AC/DC dual-purpose type, and the connection with 200V tap can be connected into a series-excited test transformer.
