The DC resistance of the transformer is a must-test item for semi-finished products, finished products factory testing, installation, handover testing and preventive testing of the power department in transformer manufacturing. It can effectively detect the material selection, welding, loose connection parts, missing strands, broken wires, etc. of the transformer coil. Defects and hidden dangers after operation. In order to meet the need for rapid measurement of transformer DC resistance, our company used its own technical advantages to develop a transformer DC resistance tester.

This instrument XHZ1320 DC winding resistance tester is a new generation of rapid tester that integrates magnetization method testing, three-phase testing (Yn, Y, △) and degaussing functions. It is an ideal equipment for measuring the DC resistance of large power transformers. The screen adopts a true color large-screen high-resolution LCD display with touch control and shuttle knob operation, which is convenient for on-site use. It has an English menu prompt function, easy and intuitive operation, and all direct resistance test items can be completed with one connection. The test speed is fast, the accuracy is high, and the measuring range is wide.

1. High voltage terminal

Connect to transformer high voltage side bushing .

2. Low voltage terminal

Connect to transformer low voltage side bushing .

3. Touch screen.

The display size is 7.0 inches; the resolution is 1024×600.

4. One-touch shuttle knob:

All functions of the instrument can be operated.

5. Ground terminal

The instrument must be reliably grounded. There may be paint or rust on the on-site grounding point, which must be removed.

6. Power on/off key

Turn on the power switch for about 2 seconds to start up.

7. Printer

Print test results.

8. USB interface

An external USB flash drive is used to store test data; please use a USB flash drive in FAT or FAT32 format; during the storage process, it is strictly prohibited to remove the USB flash drive.
