    Introduction


    In the production process of semi-finished and finished power transformers, before a newly installed transformer is put into operation, the preventive test regulations of the Ministry of Electric Power require testing the turns ratio or voltage ratio of the operating transformer. This includes verifying the correctness of the transformer turns ratio, the condition of the tap changer, whether the transformer is short-circuited between turns, and whether the transformer can be operated in parallel. Traditional ratio bridges have non-intuitive readings and can only perform conversions phase by phase. The XHBB128B transformer turns ratio tester addresses these issues, providing easy and intuitive operation. It features a three-phase precision inverter power supply, ensuring fast testing and high accuracy.

    Features


    1. The instrument uses a three-phase precision inverter power supply instead of a single-phase mains power supply as the measurement voltage, which eliminates the harmonic influence of the mains voltage during measurement and makes the measurement more accurate. When the working power source is a generator, it has no effect.
    2. The self-made precision three-phase inverter power supply is adopted, which has high and low voltage reverse connection protection, transformer inter-turn short circuit protection, tap switch not in place protection, output full short circuit protection, and increases the stability of the instrument.
    3. Using 7-inch high-definition color touch screen LCD, modular display, each operation step has Chinese prompts, no need for manuals, just look at the LCD prompts to complete the instrument operation.
    4. The instrument has both print output, U disk interface, and RS232 interface, which is convenient for paperless office.
    5. It adopts multi-functional engineering plastic box that is resistant to cold and temperature, is sealed and waterproof, and is anti-drop and shock-proof, which is convenient for field experiments.
